Tours typically run from spring through autumn. High-altitude passes like Babusar and Khunjerab are best visited between May and October when they are clear of heavy snow.
The trek from Tatoo village to Fairy Meadows takes about two hours. It is considered medium intensity, and horses are available for those who prefer not to walk.
Even in summer, mountain evenings are cold. It is highly recommended to bring a light jacket, sturdy hiking shoes, and sun protection.
Most travelers require a visa to enter Pakistan. You should check the latest requirements for your specific nationality before booking.
